• Winning Bidder has 7 DAYS to complete the RMA FORM above to obtain a valid RMA#.
• Place RMA # on the outside of the Box.
• RETURN the item within 7 days, to receive a REFUND.
• Customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returned items.
